KB Rent's strength is a dedicated, experienced service team that works every day to keep our machinery in flawless working order and ready to meet our clients' needs. Our technicians regularly carry out servicing, inspections and preventive work to ensure the equipment's reliability and maximum readiness for use. Should a technical fault nevertheless occur on site, we respond quickly and, if needed, arrange a call-out directly to the site to resolve the issue as fast as possible and keep downtime to a minimum. That way our clients can focus on their work, knowing that KB Rent's technical support is always there.

Frequently asked questions

We offer a variety of heavy machinery and attachments depending on the nature of the work: excavators, loaders, bulldozers, road and soil rollers, dumpers and more.
Machinery can be rented by the day, by the week or long-term, depending on the needs of your project.
Yes, we arrange transport of the machinery to the site and back, across all of Estonia.
The renter is responsible for correct day-to-day use. The rental company is responsible for regular maintenance and fixing technical faults, except where the fault is caused by improper use.
If a fault occurs, contact our customer support immediately. If needed, we will arrange a repair or a replacement machine.
Yes, the machinery is generally insured. The exact terms and the deductible amount are set out in the rental agreement.
Yes, the machinery may be used at agreed work sites across Estonia. Use abroad must be agreed in advance.
At the moment we do not offer rental with an operator.
Rented machinery is handed over with a full fuel tank and AdBlue system. During the rental period the renter is responsible for topping up fuel and AdBlue. On return, both the fuel and AdBlue tanks must be filled to the same level as at handover. If the tanks are not full, a refuelling and service charge is added to the rental invoice.
